Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Redlock Spiced Rum
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 oz vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions: Combine egg yolks and sugar in large bowl and whisk until fluffy. Add milk, cream and vanilla and whisk until well incorporated. Add Redlock Spiced Rum and nutmeg; stir to incorporate. Chill for at least 30 minutes and serve (yields 6-8 servings).
